Squared Antipasto

Are you looking for a delicious appetizer that will impress everyone? The Squared Antipasto is definitely the right choice. The rich layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, and cheese, squished with crushed and rolled dough, will become the perfect hit.

Ingredients

  •  2 tubes of crescent roll dough
  •  ¼ pound salami, sliced thin
  •  ¼ pound pepperoni, sliced thin
  •  ¼ pound deli ham, sliced thin
  •  ¼ pound Provolone slices
  •  ¼ pound Swiss Cheese slices
  •  3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  •  1 tbsp Basil flavored Pesto
  •  3 eggs
  •  12 ounces Roasted Red Peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Lay one crescent roll in the dish and gently pinch the perforation.
  2. Add a layer of ham, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese. Then, lay salami and provolone over it. Add a layer of pepperoni again.
  3. Add a layer of pepperoni and top with roasted red pepper slices. Add the second dough on top and pinch the edges to close them.
  4. Add parmesan, pesto, and eggs into a small mixing bowl. Whisk well until combined.
  5. Distribute this mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
