- ⅔ lb. Ground beef
- 4 Slices of thick-cut bread
- 2 Slices American cheese
- Half an onion sliced thin
- 1 tsp. Olive oil
- 4 Slices of bacon
- 4 Large eggs
- ½ C. Milk
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Big Mac sauce optional
Instructions
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper according to your liking. Then, shape it into patties. Cook the patties in oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until brown. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the onions until soft. Remove and set aside.
- Add the bacon to the same pan and cook it until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add heavy whipping cream, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into a bowl. Mix well until combined. Dip the bread in this mixture and cook until crispy on both sides.
- When done, add the toasted bread to your working surface. Now, you can add some Big Mac sauce if desired.
- Add the patty over the toasted bread slice and layer cheese, cooked onion, and two bacon slices. Top with the second toasted bread and repeat with the second sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
