- 1 package cooked chicken tenders
- 10 ounces cooked broccoli
- ¾ cup nonfat evaporated milk
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded reduced fat Colby Jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 x 10¾-ounce cans fat free cream of chicken soup
- 2½ tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the chicken and broccoli in a bowl.
- Combine the soup, lemon juice and milk, then pour over the chicken and stir.
- Transfer into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with the shredded cheese.
- Combine the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top.
- Cook uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, then serve hot.
