Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package cooked chicken tenders
  • 10 ounces cooked broccoli
  • ¾ cup nonfat evaporated milk
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded reduced fat Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 x 10¾-ounce cans fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 2½ tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put the chicken and broccoli in a bowl.
  3. Combine the soup, lemon juice and milk, then pour over the chicken and stir.
  4. Transfer into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese.
  6. Combine the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top.
  7. Cook uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, then serve hot.
