Ingredients

- 1 cored, peeled, diced Granny Smith apple
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 2 chopped celery stalks
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toss the apple with the lemon juice in a bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper last, to taste.
