Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cored, peeled, diced Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the apple with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper last, to taste.
