Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

These crab stuffed mushrooms are a breeze to make and they taste really good. They’re perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 medium mushrooms, cleaned and with stems discarded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Cooking spray, as needed
  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs or panko
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onions
  • ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh or canned cooked crab meat
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Spray the mushroom caps with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the breadcrumbs, worcestershire sauce, garlic, green onions, cheese, crab meat, and parsley.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture between the mushrooms and bake for about 20 minutes, broiling them during the final minute of cooking.
