- 12 medium mushrooms, cleaned and with stems discarded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Cooking spray, as needed
- ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs or panko
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped green onions
- ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh or canned cooked crab meat
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray the mushroom caps with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.
- Mix the cream cheese with the breadcrumbs, worcestershire sauce, garlic, green onions, cheese, crab meat, and parsley.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture between the mushrooms and bake for about 20 minutes, broiling them during the final minute of cooking.
