- 25 ounces leftover shredded chicken or drained canned chicken
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- ⅛ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients except the oil.
- Shape the mixture into 6 medium patties (or 12 small ones).
- Heat some oil in a skillet and then fry the patties on both sides until crispy and golden brown all over.
