- 4 x 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken#
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ⅔ cup shredded queso quesadilla cheese
- ⅔ cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 4 slices chopped cooked crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
Instructions
- Spread ranch over 2 of the flour tortillas and top each one with half the chicken, half the cheese and half the bacon.
- Top each one with another tortilla.
- Now melt 1 tablespoon of butter (or heat 1 tablespoon of oil) in a skillet.
- Add one quesadilla and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
- Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- Add more butter or oil to the skillet and cook the second quesadilla, then serve warm.
