- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 5 cups beef broth
- 16 ounces diced tomatoes in juice
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 bag frozen corn
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the excess grease.
- Put the ground beef in a crockpot and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
