- 1 package Fudge brownie mix (made according to directions) OR One pkg store bought brownies
- 2– 13 ounce packages of Reese’s Miniature cups
- 2 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 ounces thawed whipped topping (or homemade if you prefer)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the package.
- When cooled, break them into ¾-inch chunks. If you are using store-bought brownies, you can skip this step.
- Chop the peanut butter cups in half and reserve ⅓ cups.
- Add pudding mix and milk into a bowl. Mix until thick and add in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
- Add 16 oz whipped cream and fold it in carefully using a spatula.
- Add ⅓ of crumbled brownies into the serving bowl. Add ⅓ peanut butter cups. Add ⅓ of the prepared pudding mix. Repeat until done with the ingredients.
- Add the remaining whipped cream on top and garnish with the reserved ⅓ cup of peanut butter cups. Place in the fridge to chill and serve!
