- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 12 6-inch tortillas
- Sour cream, salsa, green onions, all toppings optional
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef until brown. Make sure to crumble it with a wooden spoon. When brown, drain the excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning. Mix well. Add cream cheese into a bowl and beat until smooth. Mix in the salsa.
- Lay a tortilla over your working surface and add a spoon of the cream cheese in the center.
- Add some of the cooked beef. Top with shredded cheese and fold the burrito.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease your baking tray.
- Add the tortillas to the baking tray and brush them with melted butter on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Add your preferred toppings and serve!
