Mexican Tortilla Pinwheels

These delicious pinwheels are so easy to make. They’re full of flavor and make such a delicious snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 4½ ounces chopped black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato salsa, plus more for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix the salsa, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and sour cream together.
  2. Add in the olives, green onion and shredded cheddar.
  3. Spread this mixture all over the tortillas, to within ¼-inch of the edges, and roll them up tightly.
  4. Arrange seam side-down on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
  6. Serve with additional salsa, for dipping.
