- 8 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 chopped green onion
- 4½ ounces chopped black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tomato salsa, plus more for dipping
Instructions
- Mix the salsa, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and sour cream together.
- Add in the olives, green onion and shredded cheddar.
- Spread this mixture all over the tortillas, to within ¼-inch of the edges, and roll them up tightly.
- Arrange seam side-down on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
- Serve with additional salsa, for dipping.
