- 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup sour cream
- Parmesan cheese, as needed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package and drain well.
- Cook the beef in a skillet until completely browned and discard the grease.
- Stir the sauce with the meat.
- Mix the sour cream with the cottage cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Spread the butter over the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Add half the spaghetti on top and add the cheese mixture on top of that.
- Put the remaining spaghetti on top and then add the meat and sauce mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
