Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

This rich and creamy million dollar spaghetti casserole is a cheese lover’s dream. It’s buttery, creamy, cheesy and very satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Parmesan cheese, as needed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package and drain well.
  3. Cook the beef in a skillet until completely browned and discard the grease.
  4. Stir the sauce with the meat.
  5. Mix the sour cream with the cottage cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
  6. Spread the butter over the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  7. Add half the spaghetti on top and add the cheese mixture on top of that.
  8. Put the remaining spaghetti on top and then add the meat and sauce mixture.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
