- Fish filets (whatever you like, I used catfish)
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Capers
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Seafood magic seasoning
Instructions
- Oat, try your fish filets with a paper towel, and season with seafood seasoning mix.
- Add olive oil to a frying pan to cover the bottom in a thin layer.
- Add two tablespoons of butter to the oil and let it melt.
- Cook the fish filets for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Add sliced lemons and capers in the middle of cooking. Add some drops of lemon juice over the fish and remove from the pan. Serve and enjoy.
