Ingredients
- 2 large cans of Peaches, drained
- 2 tubes of crescent roll dough
- 2 sticks butter
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon, combined with the granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups Sprite or another brand of lemon-lime soda
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan. Separate the crescent dough into triangles and place one or two peach slices on the long end of the crescent rolls.
- Add sugar and cinnamon over each. Roll the dough around the peaches and press the end to secure it.
- Align the dough over the greased baking sheet. Once you’re done with that, add the butter to a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in the microwave.
- Brush the dumplings with a generous amount of melted butter. Pour the soda in the baking dish around the crescent roll dough and not on the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it is light golden.
- Serve and enjoy!
