- 1 thawed loaf frozen bread dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ pound deli-sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Roll out the thawed dough on a flour-dusted worktop to make a ¼-inch thick rectangle or oval.
- Add the mozzarella across the dough and layer the pepperoni over that.
- Roll the dough into a log with the pepperoni and mozzarella inside.
- Put the roll on to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or silicone baking mat and brush the melted butter across the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and fully cooked.
- Cut into slices to serve.
