Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup Nilla Wafer Cookies, chopped fine
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 large tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups whole milk, 2% is okay too
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Add Nilla wafers and nuts into a blender. Pulse until you have medium-fine crumbs. Pour in melted butter and mix to combine. Transfer into a 9×13 pan and press it to form a crust. Add cream cheese, one and a half cups, cool whipped, and confectioners sugar to a bowl.
- Beat with a handheld mixer until smooth and combined. Transfer into the cake pan and distribute it evenly over the crust. Add the pudding mix and milk into a bowl and beat until combined.
- Transfer over the cake filling. Add sliced strawberries over the pudding and save some for the top. Cover with cool whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.
