- 2 pounds halved baby creamer potatoes
- 1½ pounds kielbasa, in ¼-inch chunks
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 x 15-ounce cans green beans
- ⅛ cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mamma® seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 finely chopped yellow onion
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Put the potato halves in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag with the oil and seasonings.
- Shake well to mix.
- Put the kielbasa in a skillet with the water and cook over a moderately high heat until most of the water is gone and the kielbasa is golden brown.
- Let the sausage cool a bit and then add to the bag with the potatoes.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and then saute the onions and garlic in there until fragrant.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Let the onions and garlic cool a bit then add to the Ziploc bag with the potatoes and meat.
- Seal the bag and shake vigorously to mix.
- Drain the beans and then add them to the bag and shake one last time.
- Transfer the contents of the bag into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
- Check if the potatoes are tender and, if not, cook for another 5 minutes and check again.
- Serve immediately.
