Tater Tot Casserole

  • 2 pounds of Ground Beef, lean
  • 1 can Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
  • 2-pound bag of Tater Tots, frozen
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9X13 casserole dish with non-cooking spray and set aside. 
  2. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until brown. Crumble with a wooden spoon to break it down. 
  3. Drain the fat and add taco seasoning. Mix and cook for 3 minutes. 
  4. Add the nacho cheese soup and drained sweet corn. Mix well. 
  5. Cook for 3 minutes and transfer the ground beef mixture into the greased casserole dish. 
  6. Layer the tater tots over the meat. 
  7. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and add shredded cheddar cheese. 
  8. Cook for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
