- 2 pounds of Ground Beef, lean
- 1 can Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
- 2-pound bag of Tater Tots, frozen
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9X13 casserole dish with non-cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until brown. Crumble with a wooden spoon to break it down.
- Drain the fat and add taco seasoning. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the nacho cheese soup and drained sweet corn. Mix well.
- Cook for 3 minutes and transfer the ground beef mixture into the greased casserole dish.
- Layer the tater tots over the meat.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and add shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy.
