- 1 pound ground beef
- 3½ cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup salsa
- 15 ounces canned corn, drained
- ¼ cup taco sauce
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 15 ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Saute the ground beef in a skillet until browned, and drain off the excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning, taco sauce, olives, salsa, beans, corn, and tomato sauce to the meat, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the cooked noodles.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for half an hour and then serve with the green onions on top.
