- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 32-ounce package tater tots
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown the beef in a skillet until completely browned then drain off the excess fat.
- Turn the heat down and stir in the taco seasoning.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the soup and corn and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with the tater tots then bake for 45 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 5 minutes more, then serve hot.
