- 8 ounces Jack cheese, grated
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- ½ package of taco seasoning
- 12 bags of corn or tortilla chips
Instructions
- Add the ground beef to a heated skillet. Cook over medium heat, breaking I up with a fork or wooden spoon until no pink remains. Add the taco seasoning and continue to brown until thoroughly cooked through.
- To serve carefully open the top of each bag of chips. Top with a portion of the cooked ground beef and the grated cheese. Add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
You will also need: Your favourite taco toppings such as sliced black olives chopped tomatoes, sour cream, chopped green onions, salsa, shredded lettuce, guacamole, etc.
