- 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy option)
- 4 frozen avocado halves
- 1 spring of fresh mint (alternately you can use ¼ tsp mint extract)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into your smoothie blender or a regular blender. Blitz at short burst until smooth. Pour or spoon into your cup and then enjoy!
