- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced thin
- ½ yellow onion sliced thin
- 2 tsp garlic, freshly minced
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X9 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef over medium-high for five minutes. Add onion and bell pepper.
- Cook for 5 more minutes or until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
- Add seasoned salt and freshly minced garlic. Cook for a minute.
- Drain the fat and transfer the mixture from the skillet to the greased casserole dish.
- Add slices of provolone cheese over the meat mixture.
- Combine the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy whipping cream in a small bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the content in the casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
