- 1 1/4 cups finely chopped yellow sweet onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder, to taste optional,
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika or 1/8 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder or 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine the garlic, onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, tabasco, cheddar, and curry powder in a mixing bowl. Once combined, transfer into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle-grated parmesan cheese and some paprika on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy with bread, crackers, or breadsticks.
