- 1 frozen pie crust
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 tbsp strawberry jelly
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the frozen pie crust according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool down completely.
- Add sugar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce it. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the cornstarch thickens the mixture.
- Add the strawberry jelly and combine well to combine. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add the sliced strawberries over the cooled pie crust. Top with the sugar mixture.
- Let the strawberry pie firm in the fridge for a few hours before cutting.
