- ⅔ lb. Ground beef
- 4 Slices of thick-cut bread
- 2 Slices American cheese
- Half an onion sliced thin
- 1 tsp. Olive oil
- 4 Slices of bacon
- 4 Large eggs
- ½ C. Milk
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Big Mac sauce optional
Instructions
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form it into two patties.
- Cook them in a frying pan over medium-high heat until cooked thoroughly. Remove and set aside.
- Add the oil to the pan. Once warm, cook the onion until tender. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Add the basin to the frying pan and cook until crispy. Set aside.
- Add eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
- Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast them on both sides.
- Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom piece of the bread, if using. Add a beef patty and top it with cooked onion, two slices of bacon, and a slice of cheese. Place another piece of toast on top.
- Repeat to make the second Big Mac French toast. Serve and enjoy.
