Big Mac French Toast

This Big Mac French Toast, a combination of crunchy toast, juicy beef pattie, sauteed onion, and crispy bacon. The crispy homemade toast contrasts with the tender meat, creating a tasty combination that resembles the famous burger.

Ingredients

Scale
  • lb. Ground beef
  • 4 Slices of thick-cut bread
  • 2 Slices American cheese
  • Half an onion sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 4 Slices of bacon
  • 4 Large eggs
  • ½ C. Milk
  • ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Big Mac sauce optional

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form it into two patties.
  2. Cook them in a frying pan over medium-high heat until cooked thoroughly. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the oil to the pan. Once warm, cook the onion until tender. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. Add the basin to the frying pan and cook until crispy. Set aside.
  5. Add eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk,  garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
  6. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast them on both sides.
  7. Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom piece of the bread, if using. Add a beef patty and top it with cooked onion, two slices of bacon, and a slice of cheese. Place another piece of toast on top.
  8. Repeat to make the second Big Mac French toast. Serve and enjoy.
