- 2 ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¾ cup White Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 ½ Whole Milk
- 6 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon Swirl:
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well to combine.
- Add the milk, eggs, oil, and sugar in a second mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until incorporated and smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients mix from the second bowl to the first bowl. Stir until incorporated.
- Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour the cinnamon bread batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Add the cinnamon sugar mixture on top and swirl it with a knife. Bake for an hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool slightly before cutting it into pieces.
