Crispy Chicken Fritters

The crispy chicken fritters are a simple and easy recipe, enhanced with a chosen array of seasonings. They are the perfect alternative for fast chicken meals and contain real meat.

Ingredients

  • 25 ounces Chicken, canned
  • 1 Egg, large
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ⅛ tsp Thyme, dried
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the canned chicken, egg, dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the mixture with your hands and form 6 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a saute pan or a deep skillet. 
  4. Fry the chicken patties on each side for 3 to 4 minutes, so they get a nice golden brown color. 
  5. Remove the patties and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Serve immediately and enjoy.
