- 25 ounces Chicken, canned
- 1 Egg, large
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅛ tsp Thyme, dried
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add the canned chicken, egg, dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine the mixture with your hands and form 6 patties.
- Heat oil in a saute pan or a deep skillet.
- Fry the chicken patties on each side for 3 to 4 minutes, so they get a nice golden brown color.
- Remove the patties and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Serve immediately and enjoy.
