- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
- 1 Medium iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 Large tomato diced
- 1–2 C. Nacho cheese Doritos chips
- 1 C. Catalina dressing
- Sour cream and guacamole for garnish if desired
Instructions
- Add one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Heat it over medium-high.
- Once the oil is sizzling hot, add the lean ground beef. Season with taco seasoning, and cook until brown.
- Drain the excess fat from the cooked beef and set aside.
- In a large salad bowl add the chopped iceberg lettuce. Add the cooked beef, tomato chunks, Catalonia dressing, and Doritos. Toss to combine the ingredients and ensure they are coated with the Catalina dressing.
- Garnish with guacamole and sour cream if desired, and serve immediately.
