Easy Crockpot Beef Tips with Gravy

This is a great recipe to make if you’re going to be out all day because you can come home to a kitchen that smells heavenly and one of the tastiest dinners you ever enjoyed! The whole family will love this delicious recipe and you’ll find yourself making it often.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 10¾-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 package (0.8 to 1 ounce) brown gravy mix
  • 1 diced small onion
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch whisked with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the soup, broth, gravy mix, garlic, and onion with a whisk. Don’t worry if there are lumps.
  2. Put the meat into a 4-quart slow cooker and pour the gravy mixture on top. Stir.
  3. Cover and cook for about 7 hours on low.
  4. Take out the beef using a slotted spoon and set aside.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the gravy, then put the beef back in the crockpot and cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve hot, over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
