Craving some crispy breadsticks with a rich cheesy flavor dipped in your favorite dipping sauce? We cracked the Homemade Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks recipe, so you shouldn’t miss it! You don’t have to spend much time in the kitchen rolling the dough and waiting for it to rise.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper over your working surface and roll out the pizza dough. Form a rectangle shape.
  4. Take the butter and garlic mixture and sprinkle over the dough. Make sure to spread it evenly across the surface.
  5. Add half a teaspoon of the dried basil over the garlic butter. Distribute the parmesan and mozzarella evenly on the dough.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining half teaspoon of basil.
  8. Slice the dough in half lengthwise. Then, cut into 10 individual lines. So you have a total of 20 breadsticks. Bake your cheesy garlic breadsticks for 15 minutes at 425 degrees F or until they have a nice golden brown color.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
