- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 4 tbsp. Melted butter unsalted
- 3 ¼ Flour divided
- 1 Packet of instant yeast
Instructions
- Add the eggs, butter, sugar, juice, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add the yeast and 3 cups of Flour. Mix well until everything is incorporated. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm area.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle some flour on the working surface and knead the dough. You want to work it nicely for 5 minutes.
- Cut the prepared dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape them into round rolls and place them in your baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F by the end of the one-hour rising time. Bake for 30 minutes or until your king Hawaiian rolls are golden.
