Ingredients

- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
FOR THE GLAZE:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Beat all the cake ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon the cake batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Whisk the glaze ingredients together and pour this over the warm cake.
- Let the glaze set and the cake fully cool and then serve.
