- ¾ C. Butter unsalted
- 2 ½ C. Granulated sugar
- ⅔ C. Evaporated milk
- 12 oz. Bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz. Marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 casserole dish with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Add the butter, milk, and sugar in a saucepan. Set the mixture on high heat and boil while constantly whisking.
- When it comes to a boil, reduce to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Make sure to whisk frequently so the mixture doesn’t burn.
- Remove the butter mixture from heat and add chocolate chips. Whisk until they are melted from the heat.
- Add the vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff. Whisk well to combine.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the baking dish. Let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. When it is set, you can slice and enjoy.
