Pizza Spaghetti Casserole

The pizza spaghetti casserole is a delicious dish for the moments you are craving carb-rich foods. It is one of those comfort meals that your family will love and ask for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. Box uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb. Ground meat 
  •  ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ Cup Milk,¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 ounces sliced pepperoni (I like Turkey)
  • 1 (26 ounces) jar of pasta sauce
  • 1 16 oz. Can diced Italian-style tomatoes
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of shredded Italian cheese blend
  • Any other pizza toppings you can add, like Black olives, sausage, onions, green peppers.

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions in the package, but make sure not to overcook them. 
  2. Cook the ground meat until brown. Drain the spaghetti and transfer it into a greased casserole dish. 
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Whisk the milk and egg into an even mixture. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the spaghetti in the casserole dish. 
  5. Add sauce, tomatoes, oregano, and garlic powder over the spaghetti. Mix it all nicely together. Sprinkle the cooked meat over the spaghetti. Add sliced pepperoni in an even layer. 
  6. Add shredded Italian cheese blend and parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
