- 8 oz. Linguine Pasta
- 1 lb. Shrimp Peeled Deveined With The Tails On Or Off
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 tsp. Garlic Minced
- ¼ cup White Cooking Wine
- ½ tsp. Oregano
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Basil Chopped
- 4 tbsp. Butter
- ½ Onion Chopped
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- To prepare the shrimp, wash, devein, and peel them—season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high. Add the shrimp and cook until they are thoroughly cooked. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter and chopped Onion. Cook until the Onion softens.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add white cooking wine and cook until it is reduced by half.
- Add basil, oregano, parsley, and chicken broth.
- Add the cooked shrimp and pasta. Mix well to coat in the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
