- 1 Can of tuna drained
- ¼ C. Onion finely chopped
- ¼ C. All-purpose flour
- ¼ C. Cornmeal
- 1 Large egg
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- Oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl and tear apart with a fork.
- Add chopped onion, all purpose flour, cornmeal, ehh, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape four patties.
- Add about one inch of cooking oil to a skillet and heat it over medium heat.
- When the oil is sizzling hot, fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
