- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3–4 cups canola or vegetable oil
- 1 jar marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Add the all purpose flour, salt and baking soda into a large mixing bowl. Which will combine the dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar to another mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until foamy.
- Add the dry mixture for the first bowl gradually while constantly mixing. Mix until you have a nice thick batter with no visible lumps.
- Transfer the prepared batter into a piping bag or a bottle.
- Cover The Bottom of a deep side frying pan with one inch of oil.
- Take the piping bag or condiment bottle and create long lines in the oil.
- Fry 30 seconds to a minute per side or until they get a light golden color.
- Melt the marshmallow cream in the microwave for 15 seconds. Stir and repeat until melted. Serve and enjoy.
