Tropical Smoothie Recipe

A blend of lush and delicious fresh and frozen fruits make for a refreshing fruit smoothie that you or the children can enjoy any time of day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup of crushed pineapple, undrained (include some juice)
  • ½ cup of frozen chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup of chopped frozen mango
  • ½ ripe banana sliced
  • ½ cup of coconut milk (full fat or light, it is your choice)
  • ½ cup of water or freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey (Optional, depends on how sweet you want it)

Instructions

    1. Place all of the ingredients into your smoothie maker cup in the order given. Put the lid on tightly and blitz/blend until smooth. (Alternately you can use a powerful blender.)
    2. Pour into your serving cup and enjoy!
