Ingredients

- ¼ cup of crushed pineapple, undrained (include some juice)
- ½ cup of frozen chopped strawberries
- ½ cup of chopped frozen mango
- ½ ripe banana sliced
- ½ cup of coconut milk (full fat or light, it is your choice)
- ½ cup of water or freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp honey (Optional, depends on how sweet you want it)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into your smoothie maker cup in the order given. Put the lid on tightly and blitz/blend until smooth. (Alternately you can use a powerful blender.)
- Pour into your serving cup and enjoy!
