TURKEY CORDON BLEU WRAPS

All of the flavors of a classic cordon bleu rolled up into one tasty sandwich wrap!

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBS liquid honey
  • 4 (10-inch) soft wheat tortilla wraps
  • 8 small romaine lettuce leaves, stems removed and discarded
  • 6 ounces deli-sliced turkey breast meat
  • 6 ounces deli sliced Swiss cheese
  • 6 ounces deli-sliced ham

Instructions

First, make the honey mustard. Whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Lay out the tortillas. Using half of the honey mustard, spread a layer over each tortilla. Layer on the lettuce, turkey, cheese, and ham down the center of each tortilla. Drizzle the remaining honey mustard over the ham. Roll the wrap tightly around the ingredients in the center, tucking in the ends. Cut in half on the diagonal and serve.

Notes

If you are not serving right away, wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
