Prepare the meatballs:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form and brown:
- Shape the mixture into small, 1-inch meatballs. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. Once browned, remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

Make the gravy:
- In the same skillet with the leftover fat

- Enjoy!
