Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pasta cooked al dente
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sausage and chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, and spaghetti sauce. Mix well.
  7. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
