Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and sliced almonds.
  2. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the light mayonnaise and stir until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
