Preheat Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Meat Sauce:
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the ground sirloin until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Simmer for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors blend. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Lasagna:
- In a large 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce to coat the bottom.

- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.

- Spread ⅓ of the cheese mixture over the noodles.

- Add ⅓ of the remaining meat sauce, then sprinkle with ⅓ of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a generous topping of both cheeses.

Bake:
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Rest & Serve:
- Let the lasagna sit for 10–15 minutes before slicing to allow it to set. Serve warm and enjoy!
