Ingredients
  

  • ½ C. Bisquick
  • ¾ C. Sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 C. Milk
  • 1 C. Flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter softened

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well greased pie pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
