Method
Prepare the Coating:
- In a large Ziploc bag, combine the flour, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, and black pepper. Seal the bag and shake to mix evenly.
Coat the Shrimp:
- Add the cleaned shrimp to the bag. Seal and shake until all the shrimp are fully coated with the seasoned flour mixture.

Heat the Oil:
- Pour about 3 inches of oil into a deep skillet or frying pan. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil reaches about 350°F (or test by dropping in a small pinch of flour; it should sizzle immediately).
Fry the Shrimp:
- Carefully add the shrimp in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 3–5 minutes per batch, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy.
Drain:
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the shrimp and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve:
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces, such as cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, or spicy aioli.

- Enjoy!
