Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Add the corn, refried beans, enchilada sauce, and green chiles to the skillet. Mix thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
Arrange a layer of 4 tortilla halves at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread half of the meat mixture evenly over the tortillas, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese, creating a second layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
