Honey Butter Skillet Corn

  • 1 bag frozen corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into small cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add the frozen corn to the skillet and sauté for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and lightly caramelized.
  3. Reduce the heat slightly and add the cream cheese cubes, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes, stirring gently, until the cream cheese is melted and the corn is coated in a creamy honey butter sauce.
