Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook the beef mixture:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.

Layer the beef and cheese:
- Transfer the cooked beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the beef, distributing it evenly.

Prepare the topping:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, onion soup mix, eggs, and milk until smooth.

Add the topping:
- Pour the Bisquick mixture over the beef and cheese, making sure it covers everything evenly.

Bake the pie:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the topping is set and lightly golden on top.

Garnish and serve:
- Allow the pie to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra shredded cheese, chopped parsley, or even a few diced pickles for a true cheeseburger flair. Serve warm.

- Enjoy!
