  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2–3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups or more shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions plus extra for topping
  • 2 fresh jalapeños sliced thin (use more for extra heat)
  • 1 pack of bacon bits
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns 20–30 oz

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  1. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.
Step 2: Mix It All Together
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:

  3. Sour cream
  4. Shredded chicken
  5. Shredded cheddar
  6. Chopped green onions
  7. Sliced jalapeños
  8. Bacon bits
  9. Frozen hash browns
  10. Stir until everything is evenly coated in creamy, cheesy goodness.
Step 3: Assemble and Top

  2. Sprinkle with extra shredded cheddar and chopped green onions for a golden, bubbly finish.
